The Bananaman Chase 10K
in aid of Leukaemia ResearchThe Bananaman Chase is not your everyday 10K run. You'll be chasing... you guessed it...bananas!
At each event there will be 10 people dressed as banana's starting 5 minutes before the mass start. They will all be running at different paces to give everyone the chance to beat at least one banana!
However, these are not your everyday bananas. The 10 starting bananas are all people who have suffered from Leukaemia and related blood diseases first hand. They have either had a blood cancer themselves or are supporting a close family member or friend who has.
