If you are new to triathlons or just want to improve your techniques then specialised triathlon training is important if you want to perform at your peak.

"It was very inspiring to have top UK coaches there as it made me feel part of something very special and this is extremely motivating to help focus on the event."

The training day is the best way for first timers to prepare for every aspect of a triathlon. The full days training incorporates everything you need to know, including the three disciplines (swim, bike and run), with each section being led by Britain’s top coaches who are each individually specialists in their field.

Swim For Tri Logo*SwimForTri have over 30 years experience of competitive swimming, coaching, teaching swim lessons and direct involvement with the sport of Triathlon as competitors and coaches.

Banana Army members are eligible for 10% discounts on all of their one to one swimming sessions and 10% on weekend workshops. SwimForTri will also be holding an open water swim training session at the Serpentine in Hyde Park, May 20, 2009. Banana Army members will get free entry.
