Get fit with the Banana Army!

Introduce more exercise into your life
Exercise doesn’t always mean you have to go to the gym, you can burn calories and get fit by doing things like walking or cycling to work. Take the stairs rather than the lift, or if you use public transport, get off the stop before and finish the rest of your journey on foot.
Set yourself realistic targets
Just aim to finish rather than get a record-breaking time. What floors most people is setting goals too early, failing to meet them, then retreating altogether.
Enter one of our events!
Why not try one of our running or cycling events such as the Bananaman Chase 10k or the London Bikeathon. Keep yourself motivated knowing that your hard work will also help to save and improve the lives of people with leukaemia, lymphoma and all blood cancers.
Keep an exercise diary
Making a note of how well it went can help you stay motivated. Log onto myasics - with the free training programs from My ASICS Running you can build a training schedule that specifically fits your needs.
