Tarzan's Bananathon

Tony Audenshaw dressed as Tarzan, Sean Whewell (Leukaemia Research fundraiser) dressed as Jane and Tom McNally (lymphoma patient in remission) dressed as Leukaemia Research’s running team mascot, a giant banana, will undertake a 26.2-mile route through the Greater Manchester area.
Along the way they will be stopping at a total of twenty six venues and undertaking ten minute tasks including packing bags in a supermarket, collecting glasses in a bar, calling a bingo game and reading a children’s' book. The day will be rounded off with a fantastic party at Tiger Tiger in The Printworks where Tony's band White Van Man will play supported by celebrity DJs.

Leukaemia Research is currently investing over £3.2 million pounds into 11 research projects in the Manchester area.
